Concept
Like our brewery tours, our city rallies promise a fun and eventful day in Cologne’s beautiful old town. During the rally, you are challenged to discover Cologne in the most interactive way possible. The clues and questions will lead you through the city as you get to know its most famous and impressive buildings and monuments in a fun and creative hands-on experience. You will have to find answers to these questions and complete the challenging and exciting tasks to work your way through the rally while trying to be quicker and smarter than your rival group to become victorious and claim the prizes you have so rightfully earned.
The City Rally
We meet at the Kreuzblumen Monument in front of Cologne’s grand cathedral and establish the teams. Here you will receive the questions and challenges you are to complete and have the ground rules explained. Once all the set-up is finished, the rally master will start the rally, and you will be forced to rely on your detective skills and team spirit to make your way through Cologne. The questions and tasks will send you on a journey to explore the city’s history, culture, Kölsch Beer, and carnival.
Whether asking locals on the street for answers or making your way into the grand cathedral to uncover secrets that have been passed down for centuries, our rally ensures that once you have finished, you’ll fit right in with the locals. As soon as all groups have worked their way through the questions and challenges, an award ceremony will take place where the winners can claim prizes representative of Cologne’s spirit and culture! But, of course, nobody gets away empty-handed!
